Bug Description

dependencies on nova-placement-api and nova-consoleauth are missmatch.

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 nova-api : Depends: python3-nova (= 2:20.3.0-0ubuntu1~cloud0) but it is not going to be installed
 nova-conductor : Depends: python3-nova (= 2:20.3.0-0ubuntu1~cloud0) but it is not going to be installed
 nova-consoleauth : Depends: nova-common (= 2:17.0.12-0ubuntu1) but it is not going to be installed
 nova-novncproxy : Depends: python3-nova (= 2:20.3.0-0ubuntu1~cloud0) but it is not going to be installed
 nova-placement-api : Depends: nova-common (= 2:17.0.12-0ubuntu1) but it is not going to be installed
 nova-scheduler : Depends: python3-nova (= 2:20.3.0-0ubuntu1~cloud0) but it is not going to be installed

nova-placement-api and nova-consoleauth no longer exist, you should remove those pkgs.
