Bug Description

Issue found on Oracle instance BM.Standard2.52 only (passed with VM.DenseIO2.8
 and VM.Standard2.1), with 4.15.0-1054.58~16.04.1-oracle

Test failed with:

This can be found on Oracle B-4.15 4.15.0-1054.58 BM.Standard2.52 as well.

Tried to bump LTP_TIMEOUT_MUL to 3 on this instance, it looks like this test will take about 10 minutes to run.
