[neutron-dynamic-routing] The self-service network can be bound to the bgp speaker

How to reproduce this problem:

1.create a bgp speaker(name:bgpspeaker)
2.create a self-service network(name:selfservice)
3.bgp speaker binds a network
neutron bgp-speaker-network-add bgpspeaker selfservice #Added successfully

According to[1], neutron dynamic routing enables advertisement of private network prefixes to physical network.

This sounds wrong, the bgp speaker should bind to the external networks that is the gateway network for the router that routes the selfservice network.

Please describe in more detail what you expect to happen and what you really see.

As you said, the bgp speaker should bind to the external networks, but currently it can bind to the self-networks. What I expect is that when the self-network is bound, it should prompt that the network is not an external network.
