the package recommends libqt5sql5-
libqt5sql5-psql appears to be the correct package to use.

Upstreamed to Debian as well (behold I'm the maintainer there).
Fix is being applied there in Unstable and synced to Groovy if possible first. Then we'll work on getting this fixed in Focal.
However, this doesn't break the package so I'm setting this as Low Priority - it'll be fixed if any other update ends up bundled with it, on its own it doesn't warrant a 'fix' unless you can support why it needs fixed immediately.
