Since the fix was uploaded to Debian after Ubuntu's Debian import freeze it did not make it to 20.10, but will be synced automatically in the 21.04 development cycle. You can close LP bugs in debian/changelog BTW by adding LP: 1893922 to the changelog.

Since the latest upload contains only the fix for the tests I don't think it would be appropriate to sync it to Ubuntu now, after Beta freeze.
