I'm going to start sending these types of bugs to indicator-applet. It's more of a UX issue than a confirmed issue with the Livepatch client. The applet should either give the user actionable information, or help them open a meaningful canonical-livepatch-client bug with apport.

@Casey, indicator-applet isn't used in Ubuntu and is a legacy component, also the UI is suboptimal but it's livepatch which experienced an error, could you at least investigate what the error is before reassigning to some UI component?

@seb128 Which is the appropriate project for the UI? My issue with the UI is that we're getting quite a few bugs opened like this without the necessary information. This clearly points to a UX issue, where the user should either be given information on how to open a bug correctly, or apport should do it for them. This isn't a place to ask for support...
