Bug Description

The Ubuntu lftp package was compiled without FTPS protocol support.

On a related note, the Ubuntu gftp package was also compiled without FTPS
protocol support.

On another related note, installing the Ubuntu ftp-ssl package results in the
removal of the Ubuntu ubuntu-base package.
