Bug Description

[Impact]

We want to eventually get rid of u-boot on pi which means that the pi firmware will load the kernel but it can only handle uncompressed arm64 kernels.

[Test Case]

N/A.

[Regression Potential]

The kernel image gets bigger and users might run out of space on the VFAT partition.
