Pod service endpoint unreachable from same host

As stated here: https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/issues/87426, pods are unable to reach service that are being terminated on the same host(lxd type provisioning + flannel as cni). To resovle this br-netfilter module needs to be included in the kubernetes-worker lxd profile definition.

Hi, thanks for the bug report. Would you be interested in submitting a patch for this? The lxd profile for the worker is here: https://github.com/charmed-kubernetes/charm-kubernetes-worker/blob/master/lxd-profile.yaml

In the PR, it would be helpful if you could show:

1. output of juju status so we can see the architecture of your deployment
2. evidence of the problem with the existing lxd profile
3. evidence that the problem is fixed with a new lxd profile that includes br-netfilter
