[needs-packaging] linux-source-5.4.0 is not available for Ubuntu 18.04.5

Ubuntu 18.04.5 released August 13th with kernel 5.4.0-42-generic. However, there is no linux-source-5.4.0 package for Ubuntu 18.

Under bionic and bionic-updates, there is no linux-source-5.4.0:

This seems like a mistake to me. There are linux-source packages available for kernel releases up to 5.3.0.

Please make linux-source-5.4.0 available on Ubuntu 18 repositories.

This bug may be more appropriate in the linux project.

They already make a linux-source-5.4 package. https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux

It is provided in Ubuntu 20 repositories. I see no reason why the kernel would be different between Ubuntu 18 and Ubuntu 20 if it is the same version.
