Bug Description

Please see this ask Ubuntu thread: https://askubuntu.com/questions/1267259/ubuntu-server-18-04-4-does-not-appear-to-exist-on-ubuntus-official-website

There do not appear to be any 18.04.4 links that are functional.

Below is the text from the askubuntu question because it summarizes the issues relatively well.

One other important note:
On the releases.ubuntu.com page. The 18.04.4 link there is also broken.
Please fix the requisite links.

Thank you,
Douglas

I am currently editing some documentation after upgrading our system to 18.04.4 from 18.04.1. I had tested this upgrade yesterday with no problems and had downloaded the 18.04.4 server iso from the official ubuntu website here: http://old-releases.ubuntu.com/releases/18.04.4/ or here: http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/releases/18.04.4/release/ (I'm not sure which one) However, that first link is now a dead link and the second link now points to 18.04.5 despite the URL suggesting 18.04.4.

When further navigating the site I found that all of the other 18.04.x releases were listed here: http://old-releases.ubuntu.com/releases/18.04.3/ But 18.04.4 is not there.

I can technically upgrade my system and documentation to 18.04.5. But I would really like to know where the 18.04.4 link is so I can point my coworkers to it to test exactly what I tested and also to know how to report these issues directly the ubuntu team in the future.

Can anyone help me with either of those issues? Thanks in advance.
