move archive trace files to project/trace/

Bug Description
For reasons unknown, this charm puts the trace file (a file named for the mirror host that contains its last sync date) in .trace.
Every other mirror, Debian and Ubuntu, puts the files in project/trace/.
Let us go and do likewise.
Note that releases mirrors use .trace, so we should take care not to break that!
