Bug Description
A user account allows a user to do restricted tasks. An admin account gives a user full control of the system. If the admin has full control of the system, the admin could cause unintentional damage. The admin should not be allowed to damage the system. A user could be tricked into revealing their admin password. There could be a new user called System, that would not be accessible to the Admin. The System account would have no login. The System account would protect the system from being damaged.
