Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* There is no Ubuntu delta
* Fix was applied upstream by the Debian maintainer.

Sphinx 3.x deprecated the "Sphinx.info()" API, it was replaced by the "sphinx.
Upstream adopted accordingly:

Checked, the delta really is only the change mentioned in the changelog.
Not a problem for the FF, synced the package.
