Bug Description

After clean install of Ubuntu 20.04.1, system freezes at reboot with Dell logo and Ubuntu spinning wheel, and does not respond to keyboard or mouse. What helps is to reboot with monitor cable unplugged until boot is finished, then cable can be re-plugged and everything works normally. Also helps to include "nomodeset" with "gedit /etc/default/grub" but then display info shows as "Unknown monitor" in Settings, but everything else looks normal. Hardware is Dell with Intel Core i5-8500T with Intel UHD Graphics 630.
