exfat month modification time increasing by simple consulting with "properties"

Bug Description
Ubuntu 20.04, every updates done.
Each time I insert the same SDXC (64 GB, exFAT) card in my PC and show the modification time of always the same file by right clicking on it and then selecting "properties" in nautilus I notice that the month modification time has increased with 1 month. And one year more when jumping from december to january.
So, after several times inserting this card, that video file made april 28th 2020 shows now the modification time june 28th 2021, 14 months later.
The modification time is important. It must be hold right.
