Bug Description

If the media service being used by the media player crashes/dies/exits/restarts for any reason after the moblin-media has initialized the player, then the player will die in random and horribly painful ways.

To reproduce the bug:

* Start moblin-media
* Start playing a video or a music file
* either stop the file from playing or do the next step while the media is playing... it doesn't matter, from now on moblin-media will be completely hosed if the media service goes away
* kill the media service

The exact failure mode seen by the user will depend on what action the player attempts to do on the defunct media service handle.

The media player should recover from these errors, and at most display an error message dialog asking the user to be patient will it re-connects to the media service.
