Bug Description
Affects all currently supported versions of Eg
Currently the OPAC uses a mix of one-off JavaScript, Dojo, and in some cases, jQuery. To improve maintainability and start breaking free of our reliance on an outdated version of Dojo we should replace all of the Dojo with jQuery and jQueryUI. Depending on the complexity of the one-off code chunks some of them should also be changed to use jQuery for consistency.
Additionally, this move will help correct bugs 1739666, 1745190, and 1782838. In order to prevent bugs like these from recurring I'd also recommend we move to always including jQuery rather than making it conditional on this or that feature.
