libvirtexporter does not publish node name in results

libvirt provides the following meta data

The use case we are working with is the user wants to see what VMs are using what resources on a specific node. At this time we can't use the provided data to group statistics by node name.

Can you please add the node/hostname to the exported data.

This will allow use to show VMs by host and allow us to find the VM consuming resources and possibly adversely affecting the other VMs on this particular node.
