Bug Description
From an apt install session:

You might want to run 'apt --fix-broken install' to correct these.
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
...
E: Unmet dependencies. Try 'apt --fix-broken install' with no packages (or specify a solution).
Note that it twice says to run "apt --fix-broken install", but that does not work. The correct usage is "apt install --fix-broken". i.e. this is not a functional bug, but misinforms the user about how to do what it's asking them to do.
