Items Out screen shows last renewal date instead of original checkout date in the Checkout Date/Time column

In the Items Out screen of the patron record, the Checkout Date/Time column reflects the renewal date for renewed items rather than the original checkout date.

This is related to bug 1787415 which fixed the display of Checkout Date to use the original checkout date for renewed items in the item status Quick Summary and Recent Circ History.

This just came up recently at our library. We are on 3.12. The staff member expected the date to be the original checkout date and not the date it was last renewed.
