support accession private field in exporters

Bug Description
As of 0.8.0b2 we have a private field in the accession table. We need to add support to this for exports as well as when generating reports. This might mean we have to add an interface for setting options on exporters before being exported. Also need to be able to bypass this interface by passing the options directly to the exporter.
