Remove separate repo for image builds

Bug Description

Now that the image builds are within the main repo we should remove the separate repo for image builds to avoid confusion. We'll also want to make sure it's removed from mergebot.

I think this is done now, isn't it? At least that's how I read the current tip.

It's been transferred into the main repo, but the old standalone repo does still exist here:

https://code.launchpad.net/~bind-charmers/charm-k8s-bind/+git/bind-k8s-image-builder

We just need to remove that to avoid possible confusion.
