One issue remains unverified on bionic/hwe (previously eoan): LP# 1867916

The fix has been accepted upstream (in 5.8), and it has been verified on xenial (4.15). I think it is safe on 5.3, though actual verification on 5.3 is difficult right now.

Setting VT to fix-released - and will continue trying to reach Mauricio for verification on 5.3 anyway.
