Bug Description

(http|ftp|rsync)://mirror.web-ster.com/raspbian , as listed in https://www.raspbian.org/RaspbianMirrors has an invalid HTTPS certificate. When I tried to perform an apt-get upgrade, requests to web-ster.com repeatedly timed out. Whether or not this is related to the certificate error, this mirror should be removed.

/etc/apt/sources.list contains only http://raspbian.raspberrypi.org/raspbian. In order to bypass the problem, I commented that line and directly added another mirror (berkeley), which immediately rectified the problem, and confirms this is not a networking issue or SD card issue (the upgrade completed successfully)

pi@pihole:~ $ uname -a
Linux pihole 4.19.66-v7+ #1253 SMP Thu Aug 15 11:49:46 BST 2019 armv7l GNU/Linux

To fix, I think raspbian should simply remove this web-ster.com mirror from the list.

I just tested the mirror and it seems to be up and to have an up to date certificate now. Are you still having problems with it.

Retested by `curl -L http://mirror.web-ster.com/raspbian` and that works fine now. Also uncommented the original line in /etc/apt/sources.list and ran an `apt-get update` that succeeded. It was frustrating while it was happening but seems to be fixed now. This can be resolved
