The default Ubuntu icon bundled in the UWP app (CanonicalLtd/
It appears to be defaulting to the 'alt' white logo and the incorrect size.
Need to explore how to make orange logo and the correct size.

No Windows apps have a white circle background, they're either just the icon's shape / colors in two different styles.
- Old style apps have a smaller icon (Outlook, OneNote, Word) have a smaller icon
- Modern apps (VScode) have a larger icon that's raised a little
