'Software' centre gives message "Unable to get list of updates" when started

Bug Description
After booting up, I click the Zorin built in 'Software' app, and at the top of the screen is a message box that says "Unable to get list of updates"
Using Terminal I can sudo apt-get update ... and there are no problems or errors in that process.
All of my 'installed' programs appear to be listed correctly in the 'Software' app ... and it's functionality (install new apps or remove already installed apps), works OK.
