Desktop crash or icons disappear

I usually have got txt files or another icons in desktop, when I edit the txt files, and pres save. Sometimes the txt files disappear of the desktop.

It's really annoying. Another problem is, if I edit the files in the desktop of Ubuntu 20.04 LTS, I receive a crash.

Please fix the desktop.
