Broken WinFF integration on 20.04-latest

Bug Description

It appears that the package winff isn't properly integrated in 20.04.

Recreation steps:
1. $ sudo apt install winff -y
2. Brisk Menu -> no winff
3. $ which winff -> /usr/bin/winff

Thanks for reporting this! I replicated it running 20.04 on Ubuntu MATE and can confirm. Running winff from the command line resulted in the following output:

Version 1.5.5-10 dropped the gtk package.
