Bug Description
This morning my software updater (Ubuntu 18.04) upgraded nginx to 1.18.0. The service is no longer working, and reporting following when trying to start:

We need more information.
Are you using the repositories from nginx.org? The PPA that is provided by the ~nginx 'team' here on Launchpad? Or the Ubuntu Repositores' version of NGINX?
`apt-cache version nginx` output can tell us this instantly if you can provide it.
