Thank you for taking the time to file a bug report.
Checking the logs I noticed the mysqld failed to start:
ERROR: Unable to start MySQL server: dpkg/info/ mysql-server- 5.7.postinst: línea 102: mysqld: orden no encontrada /wiki.debian. org/Teams/ MySQL/FAQ for tips on fixing common upgrade issues.

Please take a look at https:/
As you can see this might be an upgrade issue, so please take a look at that wiki page. Moreover, I saw some attempts to run mysql from a nextcloud snap:
[ 12.712907] audit: type=1400 audit(159456947 1.624:107) : apparmor="DENIED" operation="capable" profile= "snap.nextcloud .mysql" pid=2856 comm="mysqld" capability=24 capname= "sys_resource"
This might be also related to your issue.
Since it seems likely to me that this is a local configuration problem,
rather than a bug in Ubuntu, I am marking this bug as 'Incomplete'.
However, if you believe that this is really a bug in Ubuntu, then we would
be grateful if you would provide a more complete description of the problem
with steps to reproduce, explain why you believe this is a bug in Ubuntu
rather than a problem specific to your system, and then change the bug
status back to "New".
