Bug Description

Dear Cimi, dear Murrine Configurator maintainers,

please provide an engine schema[1] file with your engine that documents your engine options in a sane way and allows tools to configure them properly.

I noticed that Murrine Configurator has already been internationalized, that's great! You could easily share its translations with the schema file by using the same names/descriptions for every option.

As you know, working examples are contained in the gtk-engines GNOME module[2], and as far as i know you should already have an outdated version for Murrine.

best regards,
JackTheDipper ;-)

We are also planning to update the specs in order to fill few options inside "categories", since a long list doesn't help the user...

That are good news!

A former version of the schema specs already had that GROUP feature. I can simply readd it. The point that they were removed was the following:
1. an engine schema should be as clean and simple as possible
2. an engine schema should not contain any UI information

we can discuss this again with thos, i still think that groups are useful, the old spec already outlined them as OPTIONAL without affecting current schema files ;-) i guess, since murrine has lots of options, groups are just a consequent way of fulfill point 1 and 2. So they actually seem to be a good improvement nowadays.
