Bug Description

The computer stops and restarts the screen and after about 2 secs the display works normally in maybe 30 secs . The proces repeats for several minutes (maybe 24 mins) and then suddenly everything works normally.
If I go into some serous work like this report I am able to do that without disturbance.
If I go back to no working apps the operation continues with on/off working.

My system is the latest 20.04 software upgrade from the Beta-version.
