Bug Description

There seems to be a bug in the USB/ath9k. I see many messages like this, and have to unplug/replug the adapter many times a day:

The kernel version is:
Linux version 5.3.0-62-generic (buildd@lcy01-amd64-018) (gcc version 9.2.1 20191008 (Ubuntu 9.2.1-9ubuntu2)) #56-Ubuntu SMP Tue Jun 23 11:20:52 UTC 2020

I specifically bought a wireless adapter from thinkpenguin.com linked to here:
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/WifiDocs/WirelessCardsSupported
Because I was having trouble with other adapters.

Ubuntu Kernel Bot (ubuntu-kernel-bot) wrote : Missing required logs.

This bug is missing log files that will aid in diagnosing the problem. While running an Ubuntu kernel (not a mainline or third-party kernel) please enter the following command in a terminal window:

apport-collect 1886564

and then change the status of the bug to 'Confirmed'.

If, due to the nature of the issue you have encountered, you are unable to run this command, please add a comment stating that fact and change the bug status to 'Confirmed'.

This change has been made by an automated script, maintained by the Ubuntu Kernel Team.

I tried to run 'apport-collect 1886564' as a normal user, after a while it comes up with a window with the information, I click the 'Send' button then sometime latter it exits saying 'Killed':
$ apport-collect 1886564
dpkg-query: no packages found matching linux
Killed

The 'dpkg-query: no packages found matching linux' happens near the beginning, in the initial bug report I tried to say the package was 'linux-image-5.3.0-62-generic', but it would not let me select that.
