Changing question status doesn't show change in status in the feed

Bug Description

In https://answers.launchpad.net/launchpad/+question/691296 I re-Open-ed the question after ~janitor had expired it. As part of doing so, I had to supply an "explanation for the status change" (https://answers.launchpad.net/launchpad/+question/691296/+change-status).

The explanation was posted to the "activity feed" of the question, but not the actual status change itself, and without that context it looked like my answer had been truncated.

We should display the status change, much like we do with bugs
