Bug Description
When a patron has self-registered with a secondary ID, the generated signature form lists their secondary ID as "Parent/Guardian".

Hi Sam - that's just a bug in PINES, as we created our default template when we used to store the parent/guardian info in the second id field before the dedicated parent/guardian field was created in Evergreen 3.3. We'll need to update that template in PINES.
Unfortunately, at first glance it doesn't appear that the new parent/guardian field is accessible from that template yet, so that would be a good bug to report.
