A lot of jobs fail with NODE_FAILURE on rdo cloud.

There seems to be an issue with RDO Cloud, currently under investigation.

After the compute services from the RDO Cloud hypervisors in the aggregate were restarted, things went slowly back to normal. Nodes are being created without any issue now.
