Black screen after standby on Intel NUC

Bug Description

I have Kubuntu 20.04 on an Intel NUC NUC7JY. When I go into standby and try to wake it up, the NUC wakes up but there is no picture only black screen. This can be reproduced every time I go into standby.

To help us confirm if this is a Xorg bug, please try selecting 'Ubuntu on Wayland' from the login screen.

I am using Kubuntu. I see no option to change to "wayland" or "xorg" in the login screen in Kubuntu.

Please reproduce the problem again and then immediately reboot. Now run:

  journalctl -b-1 > prevboot.txt

and attach the resulting text file here.
