hook install failed "nova-xvpvncproxy" obsolate

during charm deploy nova-cloud-controller install hook failed
debug-hooks showwed that it try's to install followed

subprocess.CalledProcessError: Command '['apt-get', '--assume-yes', '--option=Dpkg::Options::=--force-confold', 'install', 'memcached', 'python3-keystoneclient', 'python3-nova', 'nova-novncproxy', 'libapache2-mod-wsgi-py3', 'python3-six', 'nova-xvpvncproxy', 'python3-memcache', 'uuid', 'python3-psutil', 'haproxy', 'apache2', 'nova-conductor', 'nova-scheduler', 'python3-mysqldb', 'nova-api-os-compute']' returned non-zero exit status 100.

but on ubuntu focal nova-xvpvncproxy was replaced by nova-common

nova-xvpvncproxy was removed during the focal development cycle.

'xvpvnc' is thus no longer supported at focal.

spice is the preferred console solution.

    Drop support for xvpvnc at Ussuri

    Add a note to the configuration file that xvpvnc is not supported
    for bionic/ussuri or focal (or later) releases.
