Bug Description
Dear Sir,
I have updated ubuntu 18.04 to 20.04 in the last 4 days. My laptop's touchpad worked well in the last system, but when I have updated it to 20.04 then touchpad not working, when I started my laptop. I have use a mouse. When I have start my laptop with connected mouse then touchpad not work. but, when I have started a laptop without connected with mouse then touchpad worked. Solve this issue properly. Thank you...

I have unmarked it as a security issue since this bug does not show evidence of allowing attackers to cross privilege boundaries nor directly cause loss of data/privacy.
