Is it not fixed in Ubuntu-11.04 could anyone test? or Even better if anyone could try it in Oneiric. (I am currently away from Oneirc or 11.04 using 10.10)

I am running on 11.04 and it does now work for me. I also see that often their suggestions and appear to be in GB English rather than US English. I haven't found where to change that, either.
