Bug Description
Taken from the respective UI PR:
When preparing a seed with snap prepare-image, some files such as bootloader configuration (specifically grub.cfg) may get generated. The contents of those files may be different from what is in the gadget.
When following the structure content specification in the gadget.yaml, do not overwrite the files. Specifically with the upcoming UC20 changes, the some gadgets may even carry an empty bootloader config, while the real one gets generated by snap.
