Bug Description

Python-tornado 6.0.4-2 (in groovy-proposed) can't migrate because it breaks mitmproxy (<< 5).

mitmproxy 4.x is removed from Debian testing and needs to be updated to 5.x to be usable again.

Also please remove bdfproxy, the only reverse depenency of mitmproxy

# reverse-depends -R mitmproxy
Reverse-Depends
* bdfproxy

# reverse-depends -b -R mitmproxy
No reverse dependencies found

Don't know if it fixes everything, but mitmproxy 5.x is in -proposed now (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mitmproxy/5.1.1-1).

Let's see, I'm working on unblocking related packages and let 5.x migrate.
