#2 & #3 please I request you to watch the video and fix this problem because I have been going through this problem for a long time and I can't find any solution to this problem. No one can fix all the problems of system software. When I scroll an application after opening the computer, sometimes it is not working, then it is working in zoom in zoom out, for this I am not able to do any work well, sometimes the system automatically opens one new tab after another.

Sorry I accidentally deleted one of the attachments. Please add it back in if you can.

But it looks like the same video you provided earlier this week so that's Chromium, not Xorg.

It sounds like your keyboard Ctrl key is stuck down, which will cause both the tabs problem and the zoom in/out problem.

Please tap the Ctrl keys on your keyboard several times in case one is stuck. If that hasn't solved the issue then please also try briefly unplugging the keyboard to see if your mouse then works properly in Chrome.

Please also go to: Settings > Universal Access and enable:

  Always Show Universal Access Menu

That will add a new menu to the top panel. Please look in that menu and verify all the switches are off.

That's the wrong menu.

Please turn this option ON: Always Show Universal Access Menu

and then access the menu via the Gnome Shell top bar.

Please also tap both your Ctrl keys to ensure neither is stuck.

Great! It sounds like there's a small problem with your keyboard so that might need replacing. Unless you can remove the keycaps and clean under them.

It's also possible there's no problem with the keyboard hardware and you just have the "Sticky Keys" feature turned on by accident. To turn that off you will need to follow the instructions mentioned above, or shown in the attached pictured.
