Bug Description
With AMD Navi RX 5600/5700 have stuttering in all accelerated applications.
affected: kernels <5.7
This bug is fixed in kernel 5.7 version

Need backports for focal (20.04) release for kernel 5.4 or upgrade to kernel 5.7
Also I can't upgrade to 5.7 until zfs-dkms not support this kernel
