As Paul White said, this is not a problem of yaru, in yaru the dark theme link color is lighter. But this is a problem of the app "Software Updater" not taking up the correct link color: https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1883438

Also please open yaru tickets that are have nothing to do with packaging on github/ubuntu/yaru
in the future. Thanks!
