Bug Description

Hello everyone!

So i use wireguard for a while, and on the latest versions this don't work perfectly when you use a router or a computer with linux as router.

The older versions that i used on my servers, works perfectly.
But the new ones doesn't.

Let me explain.

On one of my server that i used before and have the wireguard installed, is the version 0.0.20190702-wg1~bionic.
It's a Ubuntu 18.04 LTS.
Works perfectly with NAT config as MASQUERADE.
So when i connect with router, the packets go to the internet and return without errors.
No problem at all.
The Router is a OpenWRT 18.06.

But now with the server using 1.0.20200513-1~18.04 version of wireguard.
The packet is not flowing well. some are dropped and some are missed.

For example with older version using router to connect to the server, i can access youtube on android normally. Even on the Smart Tv and playstation.
But with newer version on server, i can't.
When i try to connect with android or another machine like playstation. I got a lot of errors, saying the internet is not connected.
*Note: only on PC with windows 10 i can access normally. Others devices not.

I don't find where to report bug on the wireguard page, so that's why i put in here.

If more details is needed, i can provide after then.

Thankyou very much!
