Bug Description

Currently "client.${name}/rgw_dns_name" defaults to fqdn (which is fine) but there are cases, like when using zonegroup with multiple hostnames, when what is actually needed is not having the value set at all

something like

allows for setting it to "false" to not add it to the config.

I've sent PR https://github.com/openstack/puppet-ceph/pull/41 with changes that worked for us
