Bug Description

Problem reproduces after a fresh install of Ubuntu 20.04 LTS with all updates applied as of 2020-06-03 (June 3). Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the ubuntu-settings app.
2. Choose the "Appearance" tab.
3. Under Window colors, choose "Dark".
4. Open gedit
5. Type some text.

What I expect to happen: Text should be readable
What happened instead: Text on the line containing the cursor is not readable because it is white on nearly-white. See the attached screenshot.

Note: Problem persists after a reboot.

Release: Ubuntu 20.04 LTS

Relevant Package Versions that I know of:
yaru-theme-gnome-shell: 20.04.7
yaru-theme-gtk: 20.04.7
yaru-theme-icon: 20.04.7
ubuntu-settings: 20.04.5
gedit: 3.36.2-0ubuntu1

Workarounds:
1. Open Preferences in gedit, View tab. Unselect "Highlight current line"
2. Open preferences in gedit, Font & colors tab. Select "Cobalt" color scheme.

Although reasonable workarounds exist, I believe that the Dark theme should be made to work seamlessly across all preinstalled applications.
