Glitch with file browser when moving

After opening the file manager, I then maximized the file manager window... After doing this, I clicked on the split button to have to windows... After this I wanted to me the middle bar type strip to the left a bit further than it was... When doing so, the window that has the blue border around it to show the active window begun to flicker... I then went to move it back and it again begun to flicker... As I wanted to see what would happen, I went back and forth a few times... When doing so the two windows flickered and became very sluggish...

thanks for the report, may you provide an screenshot of the issue? are you using compiz? does it happens without it? which video card do you have and also which driver are you using? thanks.
